Transparent Compensation Math

Your base salary is tied directly to your experience level and your personal billing rate:

• Mid-Level ($125,000 – $165,000): For attorneys (5+ years) with a consistent track record in evidentiary hearings.
• Senior-Level ($165,000 – $200,000): For veterans (10+ years) who can independently take complex trials through completion.
• The Upside: Annual firm performance bonuses and a 10% origination bonus for any business you bring to the firm.

The Essentials

• Courtroom Comfort: This is an evidentiary-heavy role. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable handling cases from inception through trial.
• The San Diego Focus: This is a full-time, in-office role in San Diego.
