• Support school districts and other public education entities as they navigate complex litigation matters
• Contribute to the continued operation and development of educational facilities and programs

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Experience in personal injury, tort, dangerous condition of public property, or insurance defense litigation
• Strong team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $160,000–$195,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly incentives ranging from $5,000–$20,000 based on performance criteria
• Annual incentive opportunities up to $40,000 based on billable-hour achievements
