What You’ll Handle

• Medical malpractice defense matters
• Professional liability defense litigation
• Healthcare licensing board investigations and proceedings
• Representation of physicians, nurses, therapists, hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical groups
• Depositions, motion practice, discovery strategy, and case management
• Medical record review and factual investigations
• Direct client communication and litigation counseling

• $120,000–$170,000 base salary, depending on experience

Ideal Background

• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• California Bar license in good standing
• Professional liability, medical malpractice, or healthcare litigation experience preferred
• Experience in taking and defending depositions preferred
• Strong motion drafting and advocacy skills
• Ability to analyze medical records and factual evidence
• Strong organizational and case management abilities
• Demonstrated career stability and long-term commitment
